Our baby started refusing to eat. She was having really bad stomach pains. She was put on reflux medicine, but still after a few weeks would not eat "regular" baby food. I took a chance and bought some brown rice and bananas and figured I'd give it a try. When I opened the pouch I was surprised at how "banana-ee" the food smelled. The color was a bit odd, and the texture rather smooth and runny so I was having second thoughts on trying it out with baby. I figured she wasn't going to like but gave it a chance. I am so glad I did. She LOVED it. She ate the entire pouch. The best part, she didn't get sick. I have two other flavors but I am sticking to the roasted bananas and brown rice a bit longer so she gets over her anxiety with eating. I love that there is some cinnamon in the food. I have never understood why we feed such bland food. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this baby food! Thank-you Tyler!

I give these to my toddler, call them Applesauce, and he loves them still. They are the perfect on-the-go snack, they take no prep, don't need to be refrigerated, and even have vegetables. I'll use this over a bag of chips any day of the week.

Texture is the worst! : Sprout Organic Baby Food, Peach Rice Pudding, Stage 2, 3.5-Ounce Pouches (Pack of 12)

I tried this baby food several times, even though it it recommended 7 months & older, my 10 month old baby is not able to handle this food.
She's able to "chew" other, more textured baby food, but this just makes her throw up (literally...unfortunately)!
It has a very weird texture/consistency, that I've never seen before in any baby food (organic or not)!
Even warming it up or mixing it with fruit only food did not help, it looks like it is not "moist" enough.
I can't recommend to buy this food, we didn't have the problem with organic baby food of other brands

Happy Family Pouches are so convenient, healthy and easy for little ones to use. Like most households, our mornings are super crazy and these are so perfect to use on the go and in the car. Banana Kiwi is one of our favorites. I love that all of the products are Organic and GMO-Free. I also thought that the price was very reasonable and would definitely order this again. Try mixing a bit of it into Happy Family Organic Oatmeal for a new twist on breakfast for the kids. Happy Family is a must have in our house :)
